From 6.30pm on 11th April 2024, Ensbury Park Vets will be closing temporarily while building work is completed at a neighbouring development. These works are not associated with our practice, and the disruption caused by the building work is unfortunately beyond our control.

The safety of our patients, clients and team is extremely important to us, and we feel that the noise, stress and potential risks that these building works may cause will not be conducive to this. These works will also affect access to our practice, as our lease provides access to the development plot, which is only accessible via our car park and driveway. For this reason, we feel that temporarily closing is the most appropriate course of action.

We hope that this change won’t cause you too much inconvenience, as our lovely team will be relocating to our partner practice Lynwood Vets’ Bournemouth branch. Becca, Debbie and the friendly team members you know and love will continue to support all of your pet’s healthcare needs from the Lynwood site, which is just a five-minute drive away from our practice and offers the same great range of services that you and your pet are used to.

Exciting things have been going on behind the scenes at Ensbury Park. We are proud to announce that we are now managed by Lynwood Vets!

Lynwood Vets offers a fantastic level of dedication and care to their patients, and we are excited to start working with them towards further improving the lives of pets across Dorset.

Being partnered with Lynwood Vets will give us access to an extensive range of services, including referrals with in-house vets, hydrotherapy, laparoscopic surgery, acupuncture, an ambulance service and much more.

The partnership will also allow us to provide specialised care for your pets with more complex conditions, as many of Lynwood's nurses and vets hold advanced certification in fields such as cardiology and medicine.

We understand that this may be a big adjustment, but we want to reassure you that you can expect the exact same level of experience, compassion, and care as you have always received going forwards.
